Pursuant to RCW 87.03.436, the District is accepting applications from contractors for its 2025 Small Works Roster. Applications will be accepted continuously until December 2025. Project cost will be $350,000 or less.

Pursuant to RCW 39.04.190 the District is soliciting applications from vendors who wish to be added to our Vendor List for the purchasing of materials, supplies or equipment in the amount of $50,000 or less.

Starting January 1st, 2025 the District will bill for Water and Sewer services, monthly instead of bi-monthly. Meters will be read on the 25th of the service month, billed on the 1st of the following month and due on the 25th

The Secretary of the District has prepared the assessment roll for operation and maintenance for the year 2025 and assessment rolls will be open for inspection at the office of the District until they are equalized and approved by the Board.

The District has Petitions of Nomination available for individuals who are interested in filing for a director position with the District. There are two (2) positions open, it is a three-year commitment, beginning January 1, 2025.
