In accordance with the Revised Code of Washington 39.04.190, Lake Chelan Reclamation District in Manson, Washington does hereby solicit applications from vendors desiring to be placed on the District’s Vendor List.

Vendors whose names appear on the Vendor List may be contacted from time to time to submit proposals for purchases in amounts up to $50,000 pursuant to RCW 52.14.110.  Failure to return the application may limit, by RCW, the amount of business that can be conducted between the vendor and the District 

The Vendor List will be in effect from year to year and will be updated upon receipt of a completed application.  A vendor may request to be removed from the list at any time by contacting the District Office at 509-687-3548.

Completing and returning an application does not entitle the vendor to any exclusive rights with the District and is not considered a contract.  The District will make the best effort to contact all vendors on the list selling the desired product for product quotes.

If you are interested in being added to the Vendor List, please complete the attached application and W-9 and return it to the address indicated on the application.

• 2022 Manson Intake Pump 83 purchased from R.C. Worst Company in the amount of $41,030.
